Hi there,

is there a way to compare to local profiles and "synchronize" the containing information?

I have at least 10 DVDs / Blu-Rays with different EAN / UPCs than the one online (for example Transforms 4 => 4010884254099), so afer adding them to dvd profiler there are no information available.

And because I don't want to manually add alle the information, that exist in another profile (e.g. 4010884253924), I just want to copy them and then edit only the differnt ones.

Or is there another way?

Thanx in advance

You just wish to copy & paste information from an existing profile in the database to a different profile in your database?

Here are instructions on how to do that:

1.) Add the profile(s) from the database into your collection.

2.) Next, go to the profile and then click on "DVD" at the top of the program, and click on "Copy"

3.) Now go to the profile you want to Copy that information into, and go again to "DVD" at the top, but this time click on "Paste..." and check which data elements you wish to copy into the profile.

4.) Then you can remove the downloaded profile(s) you copied the data from.

Or:

1.) Add the profile(s) from the database into your collection.

2.) Change the UPC/EAN (and country if necessary) to that of your one (which will create your new profile)

3.) Make any changes you need to if the two profiles are not *completely* identical (this is quite likely for Disc ID for example)
