The first way I can think of is to look at the Purchase date and Release date fields... if PD is filled in it's ordered or owned (you can probably tell by the Release date) if PD is blank it'll be in the Wishlist.

Also sorting by Collection number will put all the owned ones at the top.

Also Right click on the bar at the top that says 'Title' and select 'View Columns', then you can add additional columns like  Collection Number/Release Dat/Purchase Date and use those to aid you.

Finally you could set a Tag for Owned/Ordered/Wish (dead easy to set up - flag everything in each area then Tag all Flagged) and use those.
