What settings do you use for "profile refresh" and do you look over the profile updates? |

And why are the profiles updated so often, it seems like I get the "profile refresh needed" pop up at least once a week. | | Posted: | | | | I don't think I've ever done a wholesale refresh (though Profiler bugs me to do it every day I fire it up). I do a few refreshes manually every time and again, or when I'm going to work on a profile, and often find changes I don't like/agree with. Some profile update available notices seem to be caused by the audio flagged as different, even if you accept the mysterious, invisible differences. |

Simply because it contains too much data I don't need (BY for an actor just because a supporting (  ) "actor" in some obscure porn shares the same name, Company Dividers, etc...). On pending updates I mostly vote "Neutral". If an error gets corrected in one of my profiles I correct it instantly from the data of the pending update. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
