So, I didn't even notice this but apparently titles with the "Unrated" rating do not show up online (the system seems to look at it as an adult title). This came to light thanks to "SWC". Not sure if I should open a ticket or what...

Note, they will show up if you have the "Adult" checked under the "Show In Private Listing" settings but otherwise they'll be left out.

When this was implemented, there was a lot of discussion (pretty intense at times)

What ended up coming out of it was that "Unrated" in the grand scheme of the ratings system, seems to fall in place between "R" and "NC-17".  It would seem closer to "NC-17", and was technically thrown into an "Adult" classification.

Short answer to what was a 3 thread discussion...

Thread 1

Thread 2

Thread 3

Ah, ok. Well, I don't have any adult titles but I guess the work around is to put those in a custom category?

Not necessarily

It's probably better to use the "Hide From Public Listing"-function in the "Personal" tab of the profile editor.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

IIRC (especially if you don't have any Adult titles) it's best just to allow Adult to be viewed in the online.
It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong

Yeah... just go to my profiler-->online collection settings and from there make sure Adult is checked in both Show in Public Listing and Show in Private Listing/

This is not working as intended.  "Unrated" titles are not considered "Adult".  However, that information is being lost after the first upload of a particular profile, causing them to be subsequently hidden.

We're working on it...

Good to know... that does make more sense.

What I would really like to see for the online (other then a complete overhaul) is to at least see the box set content be collapsible like it is in the program.

The error has been corrected and "Unrated" titles should now show properly.  The change will propagate as profiles are updated through collection uploads.

For a more immediate change, you can reset your online collection.  To do this:

- Select File->Open Database and create a new empty database.
- Upload the empty database to erase your online collection.
- Then, select File->Open Database and re-open your main collection, and upload it again.

What the unrated rating did create a problem in the database!!! I'm shocked by this

As an error correction was needed it was indeed a problem inducing choice... Wonder how many of those errors/problems aren't find yet?

Awesome. Thanks Ken (that fix worked like a charm).
