| Posted: | | | | How do I record the existence of a "Descriptive Audio Track" in Dolby 2.0? My nephew is blind but loves DVDs and, because of his blindness, he is especially interested in DVDs with Descriptive Audio tracks. I would like to be able to record this but the version 3.7.1 Profiler software doesn't seem to have a way to record such tracks. Any suggestions? I am currently preparing the DVD "Secretartiat" with a Canadian locality for contribution. It is an example of a DVD with this type of Audio track. Thanks. |

| Posted: | | | | KinoNiki, I've looked all through that area. Just looked again and I still can not find anywhere to record the existance of a "Descriptive Audio Track". On the plus side, your QR code works great. |

| Posted: | | | | Like KinoNiki said...the drop down list of languages (Content is the column header) also contains a selection for "Audio Descriptive". You can then select the number of channels too go with it. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

Though that's tricky as it can apply to any language and nowadays I note that it often replaces a language track (ie. the disc will have an English SDH track but not a separate English one as they are pretty similar) or will be mis-named (ie. be labelled as English but actually have the extra "sirens wail", "sound of machinery" info in it anyway) | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
