I would certainly say that if (as that page says) they were shot in different aspect ratios they are not the same film!
Also the IMDb seems to indicate they were released and shown separately | | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

| | Posted: | | | | I'd go for a box set, there are differences between the 2 films most notably aspect ratio. They will have different production dates as well as they were seperate releases at the cinema and are available seperately on DVD/Blu ray.
They have seperate opening and closing credits as well so I think that will sit better with the rules. |

The italian titles are: Che: L'argentino and Che: Guerrilla.
