Everytime I log into my collection some images have disappeared. I'm getting sick and tired of this.

Does anyone else have this problem?!

Sorry, no, this has never happened to me, apart from when I transfer backup files with no images (to keep the size down) to my second PC when, obviously, I also then have to download the images after restoring.

Are you talking about the pictures in your online- or your local collection?

A quick check of your online showed at least three profiles without images, but that seems to result from their non-existence in the main database.
If you're talking about your local collection try to lock your images. If there are no images in the maindatabase a profile update will otherwise result in a loss of the images.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

How do you "lock" images? Thanks

Do i have to do this for each DVD individually (which will take a long time) or can I do it for the whole collection?

You can do it for the whole collection in one go:
- click into the collection list and press the key combination "CTRL + A" all of your collection should be flagged now.
- go to DVDProfiler menu "Collection -> Flagged -> Locks" here you can lock the images too. Only DVDs you buy after this procedure need to be locked seperately.

EDIT: Nick types faster than me
