I did something today which I cannot correct.. I have deleted all the user from the database in order to reset 'movie watched' back to 'never'... well that did not worked.

Now when I right click on a movie to add a user who has view the title, the box is empty.... I cannot get out of the box unless I click cancel..

Anyone has a suggestion other than calling a backup? (my backup is too old... )

This is just a stab in the dark, but what happens if you go to Edit Users (in the Tools menu) and put one of the deleted users back?

Hello North...

I have attempted a 'rebuilt' from an old backup. What I did, I have deselected almost everything except one thing (Replace Full User Database). I do not know if by doing that I have fix my problem but now I have a name (mine) in the list and I can change the 'viewby date' in each movies...

Prior to that I have attempted your solution but it did not work.. probably because of the compress and repair I had done before... that I cannot say.

Thanks for having attempted a solution!!! :-)

my collection is growing faster than I can watch the what I buy at Amazone, Ebay and Bestbuy.... and I have realized that there are movies I did not watch BUT could not trace them down

Now I have experiment enough with that function that I understand how it works (now I can use it as it was intended !!)

Welcome to the club

It's actually rather depressing.  I'm just now putting my collection into DVD Profiler and finding so many discs that I've purchased and never watched.  I'm not sure I'll live long enough to see them all.  Guess I'll have to start dieting and exercising.

At last count, my unwatched was hovering around 200+.

Hi, my name is Antares, and I have a problem...

Not watched the actual discs? 280 TV series, 400 movies... of which there are total blind buys I've NEVER seen numbering 200 TV series and 200 movies...

Still I like to think of it as having a wide choice

The ARE watchable!  I frequently (yet oh-so-carefully) take the discs out of the case and look at them.
