Every time I use DVD profiler, it changes the fonts displayed in other programs too, including internet explorer. I'm not that technical, but I'm guessing it's the default font used when Windows XP boots up that's being changed. If I close Profiler the fonts stay as they are and don't revert back to how they should be.
Also, I'm not sure if it's changing to a totally different font or just changing the default one, but basically it is making the fonts appear much smaller than they should be.

The only way I can get my normal fonts back (that I know of) is to do a restart of my system. So I'm wondering if anyone else has had this and/or if you know of a way to prevent it?

Can't confirm this behaviour.
Running XP SP3
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I've never seen such behaviour on any system I've been running DVDP on (XP with SP2 and SP3, Vista).

Maybe there's a general problem with your system fonts! Please try a google search like "XP repair fonts"

The fonts don't change in Profiler itself, only in some other programs, mainly IE. It seems to be ok for a while, then the fonts go all small, so perhaps it is IE causing it. I've been using Google image search via Profiler to get photos of the directors and actors, and also running a screen grab in the background.
I know a few of the sites that have come up when I've clicked the thumbs have been iffy because my antivirus has given alerts.
So if no one else has had this then it could be something like a dodgy site or an IE error rather than DVD Profiler causing it, as it does only happen while using both programs.

XP Home - SP3 - IE7.

I checked fonts and have two Tahoma types, plus ran a virus scan and all was clear. But it's ok, I've gotten to the bottom of it after lots of Googling.
It turned out to be the screen grabber that was causing it - sort of. I had 'CTRL + S' set up as the activator and if I'm scrolling with the mouse at the same time it makes the font size change. Duh.
I've changed the key to F1 and everything has been alright since.

Like I say I'm not that technical and because this only started happening after I used Profiler (which then caused me to use a screen grabber) I added 2 and 2 together and came up with 5.
So sorry for blaming the wrong program and thanks your help with this.

I do feel like a fool but maybe this thread will help someone else one day!
