| Posted: | | | | Hi
I've loaded my collection into my online profile but one DVD isn't showing up at all. I've made sure the sort name is correct. Everything seems exactly how it should be. Is there a reason why it wouldn't be showing and if so any way to fix this? |

and (classic response) what are your Adult settings? (online and locally; they can be different) | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

(and I did check the adult settings. Even added that to my view list and nothing changed) |

| Posted: | | | | There are two sets of adult settings - one for yourself, one for everyone else - make sure both are set to "allow". I noticed you're Canadian, and unfortunately I don't know what the highest film rating is over there. If you have any other DVDs that have the same rating as Twin Peaks - see if they are showing or not. |

| Posted: | | | | Got it now. Had to show Adult listing in Private Listing.
I don't see where it's an adult title in the genre section though. It's not indicated. Where could I change that (sine it's NOT an adult movie). |

| Posted: | | | | The online adult setting has changed now - it now includes the hightest cinema/dvd rating as an adult title regardless of content. |

(and I did check the adult settings. Even added that to my view list and nothing changed) Not sure what the problem is then; I've just checked your online collection and I can see Twin Peaks: Firewalk With Me (UPC 065935-140054) at Collection number 286, just below Season 2. Edit: That will teach me to leave my terminal for half an hour before hitting reply! | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong | | | Last edited: by Voltaire53 |

| Posted: | | | | Even though a film like Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me may have an adult theme, I try to avoid classifying it as an Adult genre. In my mind, Adult as a genre relates more to hard- (or sometimes soft-) core films. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. | Posted: | | | | You'd find no argument here on that matter - the problem is, the online collection assumes that anything with the highest rating in any locality is an adult title, regardless of content. |

I'm pretty sure we all agree, but as northbloke (and some others) have said, the present version of Profiler (apparently for some unfathomable legal worries reason) disallows the display Adult AND the highest rating in your country when set not to display Adult. Eg. Setting the online adult filter means that UK '18' rated films, German FSK-18, US 'R' rated, etc. will not be displayed on line. | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
