So you just decide to carry your fight with surfeur in any old random thread, whether he posts in it or not?

Wow.

What would your opinion be if a disc says Photo Gallery but when you click on it you get biographies?

This is his MO.  When he doesn't have a valid argument, he simply brings up ancient history in an attempt to divert, deflect and otherwise derail the thread.

On my office wall I have have the following quote from John Kenneth Galbraith. Somehow it seems apt to quote it here:
Quote:
Faced with the choice between changing one's mind and proving that there is no need to do so, almost everyone gets busy on the proof.

This one is mine

That's what happens when you live in such close proximity to Washington D.C.. The politician's manifesto becomes ingrained in your psyche.

HEY! I live close to DC.

But then again, I hate most of the people in this cesspool of a state that is Maryland, so at least I have that going for me.

And he still doesn't understand that Star Trek IV is a sci-fi comedy.

I actually agree with Skip here. Outtakes is not by definition Bloopers, and if the DVD creators choose to label them as Outtakes, this is what should be entered into the profile IMO. But hey, I see I belong to the minorty, so I guess my opinion is moot...

It's not that your opinion is moot, it's just not what Ken has decided he wants to be entered as Outtakes/Deleted Scenes which is evidenced by the rules.

Agree with both Alien & T!M.

Same here; call them what they are not what someone decides to name them. DVDP has the checkboxs for Outtakes/Bloopers and Deleted Scenes so it's obvious to me what DVDP considers Outtakes and those are different from Deleted Scenes.

If there was a description "Featurette where XXX talks one to one on their time in the film" I would still label it as Interview (if that's what it was) rather than Featurette.
It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong
