My Desktop

I like the question, probably because of the unexpected findings.

I myself have decorated the background with a picture, and some icons are spread over the desktop. On the bottom is a taskbar.

I change the background picture now and then, the latest shows a lovely woman, before it was a photography of round and cornered stones.
Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect]

Is that Holly Marie Combs? I've never had the slightest interest in the show Charmed, I actually had quite a hatred for it. But I must say that wallpaper is hot!

I can see your wallpaper!

Edit:

I can only see it if I copy and paste the image url into another browser windows. Once it is loaded I can see it here in the forum! Maybe a hotlinking problem with the website.

mwkirchner, I am so stealing a couple of those! Thanks

Presently my background is a scan of a drawing a friend of mine did for a Role Playing game he was running some 18 years ago. It looks like this:

It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong

Very nice.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
- Citizen G'Kar
