I have close to 250.  I use manual profiles for documentaries, bonus films and shorts on movie DVDs, and films in boxsets not on individual discs.

None - yet.  I have intentions of setting up some manual profiles for anime series that I have that do not have boxes (Ceres comes to mind here), so that I can number them properly.  I want each series to have a single number, which for the ones in boxes I have assigned to the box.  But the ones without the boxes will have to have a manual profile to act as a box.

I have forgotten how to set up that manual profile tho.  Was going to ask when I got around to auditing the anime, but now seems as good a time as any.  Anyone got a link to how to do it?

When you go to add a title, click Add by Title tab.  At the bottom of the screen, unclick Download Profile from Invelos.  Now just create and title and hit enter.

Quite a lot with various different reasons:

1) Pre-release titles in my Wishlist that I haven't been able to find out the EANs for yet OR are child profiles that will have to be submitted by Disc-ID after they're released.

2) Repeat Disc-IDs (I have two copies of the Creature from the Black Lagoon from different collections, for example, both without EANs)

3) I prefer multi-season sets to follow the boxset Rules and though this is allowed by the Rules, if the seasons don't have separate EANs (eg either all the discs are just in the one big case or (as quite common in the UK) they covers of each season often have 'not to be sold separately' over where the EAN of the single release was) then even though I like to do them by Disc ID often that ID has been used up by someone else (also quite within the Rules) giving each disc in a set a separate child profile, so I can't overwrite it!

I've also created manual profiles for each of the season boxes of "The Twilight Zone: The Complete Definitive Collection".

The main box has a UPC, and the discs all have disc IDs, but the individual season boxes have neither and so needed to be entered as manual profiles if I wanted to include them.

60 - mostly child profiles. Some for films I've copied from VHS to DVD (such as The Legend of Billie Jean which has never officially been released...and the only way I'd watch it is if it was on DVD).

There's a beautiful HD2DVD widescreen 5.1 custom disc of Legend of Billie Jean that was floating around some torrent sites a while back. The site I got it from disappeared a few months ago though so I'm not positive if it is still out there. Worth looking for, trust me.

I have at least 100, mostly for porn in my wishlist of which I have custom dvds for, also a handfull or 2 of laserdisc rips and other assorted customs I've made or traded for over the years.

Not sure how many.  I know more than 20.  Mostly films with Actor/ess that I have not submitted some cover scans and things like that.

I often create ones.. Since I always order stuff on it's release date it sometimes happens that there is no profile yet but they always go online.. I don't know if that counts
