| | Posted: | | | | 4 pages is simply a folded sheet of paper and I would call it (folded) inlay. A booklet needs some sort of binding. Therefore with the classical binding variant (staples) a booklets starts with 8 pages (2 folded papers stapled together). |

I would agree except for the old Universal Collector's Editions which have 8-12 page foldouts, all about the film (usually a page or 2 is spent on artwork and chapters, but the rest is all good). These have more info than most things called "booklets", so I think they should qualify. The other features field is free text. So why you want to call foldout booklet when you can enter the correct name into the field? |

But a booklet is a small book. And a book needs some form of binding and technically starts with 8 pages. BTW: I'm not so fond of listing packaging features in the profile. I usually only add features on disc into the other features field and ignore booklets completely for profiling. | | | | Last edited: by RHo |

Donnie This assumes the poll was asking the right question. Obviously i don't think it is. While i agree judging a book(let) by its content is subjective, it still should be part of any solution, instead of simply adding it to the other features based on size. | | | | Bad movie? Donnie Or the options were poorly chosen. I'm one of those who think that four pages is just a folded sheet of paper. I think that anything MORE than four pages can be taken as a booklet, it still don't have to be "thick". How do you define "thick"? Is it already thick when there only is two folded sheets stapled together = eight pages? I wouldn't make any rules updates according to this poll. |

| | Posted: | | | | Well, the vast majority seems to be fine with Option 2 (at least 4 pages). What also speaks for it that the screeners have approved every contribution where I added a booklet (at least 4 pages). I would definitely agree to add that the booklet has to have content about the film and that it is NOT a promotional booklet for other titles of the company.
