| Posted: | | | | In 2.4 under the utilities you could reset your download date for all online profile lists and it would re-download all of the online data files. You could then refresh updated profiles and it would catch updates you may have missed(I may be stating this incorrectly). Anyway, my main problem is that I have the same problem as many with the corrupted crew entries. I have over 6,000 entries in my database. If I use the update profiles button it tells me that all my profiles are up to date and does not automatically pick up and update the ones with the bad crew listings. I am having to go one by one and check the online profile against the local and update the crew entries. Is there a way in 3.0.1 that I can "force" the utility to re-compare all profiles and identify for update those with the bad crew entries?

one LONG work-a-round could be to take a backup. then uninstall profiler and delete are the different folders. then re-install. now the program would have to do the full down load again..... | | | Premium member since 29 August 2002 ----
