Its been a while since I got a new computer and need some advise.  I want to transfer my collection from my old computer to my new computer and I have multiple databases.  I do have a premium key and when I entered my key I was only able to download my online collection no images came up and none of the other databases showed up either.  Whats the correct way to get my whole collection over?  Thanks, Steve

Use File->Backup Database for each of the databases, transfer the file via network or flash drive, then File->Restore Database on the new PC.

this did not work, do I have to perform these instructions on the older computer first, using a flash drive?

Yes, back up on the old computer and restore on the new one.

Would that be the best way to move my collection from one drive to another on the same computer? It's currently on my C: drive and I'm running out of room. I have several other drives where it would have plenty of space.

The easiest solution is to select File->Open Database, then create a new database from there on the chosen drive.  Select the option to copy the existing database, then open the new one.  Once everything looks ok, you can then delete the old one.
