Most times, there are two ways how crew data is credited within a movie. Some important crew (director, writer, etc.) data in the beginning of the movie and the rest in the end credits or all crew data in the end credits.
Now I came across the German movie "Nicht mein Tag". This movie has some crew data in the start credits. Most of this crew members are credited again in the end credits but not all of them.
Example:
Start credits: Screenplay Peter Towarth
                                    Stefan Holtz
                    Original Material Ralf Husmann

End credits:  Screenplay Peter Towarth
                                    Stefan Holtz

As you can see, the Original Material credit isn't listed in the end credits of the movie.
Now, the question is in which oder the crew is entered into the database?
The rules state something similar in the cast section:
If a film has actors listed in the opening credits, which are not listed in the end credits, add these to the list in DVD Profiler before those taken from the end credits.

Does this also apply for crew?
Which order is correct:
A)       Screenplay Peter Towarth
                                    Stefan Holtz
                    Original Material Ralf Husmann
or
B)       Original Material Ralf Husmann
                    Screenplay Peter Towarth
                                    Stefan Holtz
Think different

Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.

Simply list them in the order credited...option A.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

I agree: option A. In this case, the opening credits provide you with a specific order.

If the opening credits would only give you the OMB credit and the end credits only the Screenwriter credits, that would make it different IMHO. Then, I would be inclined to act on the basis of the rule for Cast as an analogy.

Not sure why you had a question, the rule in this case is pretty straightforward.
99.9% of all cat plans consist only of "Step 1."

Because there are users around here who misinterpret the paragraphh about standard credits - which gives the end credits higher priority - to be valid for crew too.
Complete list of Common Names  •  A good point for starting with Headshots (and v11.1)
