So I've been using DVD Profiler for a while on my phone but just recently registered to access all features. The problem is when I try to upload my collection from DVD Profiler on my desktop I receive a message telling me my database contains more than 50 profiles and I need a registration or subscription to continue...which i bought two days ago. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Yes, I have signed into both the desktop application and the invelos website with the registration code. As far as I know I have only one account.

The other oddity is that I can upload my database from my phone but it doesn't seem to affect any change in my profile here on the site. Like I said I am brand new on here so there may be something I'm missing, I don't know.

As usual.
