'Heartlands': Andrew Macdonald
'The Parole Officer': Andrew Macdonald
'Sunshine on Leith': Andrew Macdonald

Note that his name is written without a capital "D" - it's Macdonald, not MacDonald. This is not only how he's mostly credited (all of the above are without a capital "D", I can also confirm that 'The History Boys' is Andrew Macdonald, and the rest should possibly be re-checked as well), but it's also written as such pretty much everywhere else:

- http://www.eyeforfilm.co.uk/feature/2007-04-06-andrew-macdonald-interview-on-sunshine-feature-story-by-amber-wilkinson

So it *really* shouldn't be listed as "MacDonald".

Yes, already noted that. From my confirmations only A Life Less Ordinary is credited with a capital D - most of them are credited with all capital letters...
