| | Posted: | | | | Anyone having problems contributing a profile? I added The End of the Tour and none of the info I filled in is being uploaded. Also I checked off uploading the cover scans and they are not uploading either?

Did you try contributing with a different browser? I seem to remember that happening to me once, and it was a specific browser issue that was to blame for some reason. | | | | Corey |

I used the German release (it's the same transfer) as a template so I wouldn't have to add cast and crew manually, but I changed the EAN and all other details, including cover images. I've done this before and it usually works. |

The problem is not that it exists, but that the EAN is incorrect. It should be 8-436535544450 (you've got one to many 4s). Thanks for answering, but that was only a typo I made here. The EAN I submitted only has three 4's. |

| | Posted: | | | | Ah, I see. Checking a bit further I can see that the reason that you cannot contribute is that someone else has made a contribution that has not been processed yet. When an initial contribution is made, the profile is locked until that contribution has been released.
That profile should be available any day, since new profiles don't have to wait for anyone voting on them. Once it is released you may contribute any updates that may be required, if the first profile is incomplete and/or incorrect. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.
