Cant add any title to own list |

i cant put any title (DVD or BluRay) into my own list. i get everytime an error about download error. Check internet connection.
My internet connection works.
Are the servers down or where is the problem?
I updated to newest version.
Please help |

| | Posted: | | | | This can happen if a particular release is not in the Invelos database. In such cases you can uncheck the Download from Invelos checkbox in the Add DVD window and add the release manually.
If, however, this happens ever single time, I wonder how you are trying to add new titles to your collection. You should preferably do this by UPC/EAN, and if that is impossible, by Disc ID (insert your disc into your drive to do this and seebif it is recognized). | | | | Last edited: by dee1959jay |

Today i want use it and get a message that my version is too old. i updated this and now nothing works anymore.
today i want to update with last buys and i get everytime this error. even if i try to update old data i get this error message. |

By the way, i tried to put in with UPC/EAN, searching with title,... nothing works
Error Message says:
Cant download data.

it was my antivirus program. i have to disable this complete. only the i get access to the server. disabling the firewall dont work. i have to disable the full antivirus software. only then it works. |

it dont work.
i can disable the firewall and it dont work.
the curious is that some data downloaded and other data not. That is the reason i need so much time to find out that was my antivirus tool. |
