Unable to update profiles tbl dataset error

Greetings:
For almost 6 months now, I have had issues with dvd Profiler running or updating profiles. Attempt to send error reports HTTP error code 87.
I am on the internet 24 hours .
During profile refresh, I get "tbl collection can not modify a read only dataset" http error code 87.
Rebooting or restarting DVD Profiler does not help. My Galaxy note 3 also not able to sync to my desktop. I have keyed in correct IP address, no resolution. Any help?
Database repair did not help.

I have the same problem -just started with my dvd profile program
have tried to reinstall 3 times -no luck
have disabled plug-ins - no luck
have also tried the other things George tried ie repair database
Even if I reinstall with no plug ins the error refers to a plugin!?
any body got a solution please
