Is there any way to rename the rating "unrated" to "UR" in the database? In my report, the long name is running into another object. Is there anyway to add the word "UR" in the list of choices?

Well, the ratings are found in a file named localities.xod in C:\Program Files (x86)\DVD Profiler\Media. Changing it there might work, but I haven't tried it. The bad news is that even if it does work, this file may be overwritten by updates.

Redesigning your report is probably a better option.

The simplest solution is to place a condition on the rating field set to Rating, Not Equal, "Unrated".  Then on top of that place a text item "UR", with the reverse condition.

Thanks for the suggestion. For some reason in my report, when I set the condition to not equal to the value "Unrated", it eliminates all the ratings from the report (everything is blank). I'm not exactly sure why that occurs.

If you placed a second text box on top of the first make sure the top most box has a transparent background.

I only did the first part of your suggestion, just setting the rating to not equal to "Unrated". That should have blanked out all the "Unrated" in the report but instead blanked out all the ratings.

I think we found a bug.

I tried a condition on rating equal to "PG", and the report shows only the PG rating.
Next I tried not equal to "PG", and the report still only showed PG rating.

Anyone able to reproduce?

@newdees
If this is indeed a bug, an update for it might need some time.
Workaround: Use a tag!
Read Create, edit and set Tags and create a tag e.g. "Unrated". Now go to the "All"-tab and filter (Ctrl&f) for rating "Unrated", press Ctrl&a to flag all filtered profiles and set the tag for all flagged profiles.
Now simply set the condition to "Tag" "does not contain" "Unrated" and off you go
