By the rules I think that the title should be:

Iron Maze: A Labyrinth of Deception from the cover

Original title: Iron Maze from screen.

The original title is Iron Maze, and the tagline should not count as part of the title.

Shall we change this:

or what about this:

The Prince: Mercy Is for the Weak

I think we all agree about the original title of the film as seen on the poster posted by you. The question is: What is the dvd title of the film? In the two examples you provided the difference in font size between original title and the additional text is much bigger and the wording of the text makes it quite obvious that it is meant as a tag line. But here the difference in font size is not very big and the wording more sounds like an alternative title. In Germany we have this style of titles all the time: "[Original Title] - [Addition explaining or expanding the meaning of the title]" and I think this is also the case here.

In cases where it is not obvious I often take a look at the spine: If the text is there then it is obviously part of the title. If not it might just be a tag line.

Indeed.  The rules tell us to "use the title from the front cover."  Nowhere does it say you can't do a little research to determine what, of all the text that is on the cover, is the actual title.

I think the concensus is pretty solid, though it is likely to be declined as it has 2 no votes, and 0 yes votes.

Credit block also simply states "Iron Maze".
