| | Posted: | | | | I recently had to set my computer to its factory settings and as a result lost my Profiler backup. Fortunately, I had it all saved online but when I transfer the online collection (0verwrite) to my desktop, the DVD images no longer appear. Is there any way I can get them all back. I have 400 DVDs and cant rescan them all in! please help! |

| | Posted: | | | | It depends. Were you cover scans local? If they are also online then I'd try a database repair and try to update them.
