Could someone point me to fix this issue please?
When I run - ONLINE - Refresh DVD from INVELOS - Refresh Profiles and Images I get an error:
An error has occurred processing the file
If you continue to receive this error please try performing a database repair via TOOLS-Options-Repair
I Click OK than next error - 2015-03-21 is not a valid date
I performed the repair but no success. I deleted the online collection - synchronized again OK but when i perform the same action as above problem persist
2nd try I created a new database which allowed me to delete the original offline database (after a backup) Downloaded a fresh version of Invelos software and re-installed over existing installation.
Than I started synchronize again with the DVD Profiler Online and Whalla working again.
So while I'm writing i fixed the issue, I will leave this steps in case someone have the same issue!
FYI: DO NOT REUSE THE BACKUP CREATED PRIOR RE INSTALLING THE APPLICATION
AFTER SYNC DELETE OLD BACKUP AND CREATE A NEW ONE
Offline file must been corrupted but repair could not repair-it

| | Posted: | | | | Back to square one, Same issue after updating extra DVD's Version 3.9.0 Build 1639 Click on Refresh Updated DVD Profiles: Page left as default with selected Auto Select overwrites and Check accept profiles for new box set contents Click OK - Error has occurred Use Tools-Options - Utilities - Click OK 2015-03-22 is not a valid date Please could you help to solve this ?? I still have over 3000 DVD's to add but its becoming a nightmare here so many problems only on 250 DVD's Is a problem on 64bit windows 8.1 or application have a bug?  Many Thanks |

have you done what was suggested? You could also try setting your windows date format to US, restart the PC, set the windows format back to Italian and restart. Then see if DVd profiler accepts that date format | | | | Paul |

I changed short date from dd/MMM/yy to d.M.yy restarted pc and now is working
