| Posted: | | | | Please forgive me if this has been asked before but I do not know what to do.
I submitted a number of profiles and/or cover scans these last few days.
Most of these have been received but not released - so no problem.
I three cases, my submissions have been refused. I do not understand why. Initially, the profiles were refused but accepted and released 90 minutes later. In these same three cases, the image contributions have been refused. Originally, it was stated that the pictures do not correspond to the given UPC's (this explanation has now disappeared). I have checked. In all three cases, the UPC number is correct and fits the images. This can clearly be seen in all three cases if one looks at the back image.
What should I do?
Thank you for helping me out,
Charles |

| Posted: | | | | What did you guys write in your contribution notes? They should indicate where you took your data from, in particular cast and crew data. Copying data from third-party databases like IMDb is a big no-no.
Your contribution notes might be the cause of the decline. |

| Posted: | | | | It was actually testing of 3.9 that led to the initial decline. All affected contributions were reprocessed immediately. You can safely ignore any images marked declined. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | Thank you Ken,
Would it make easier for you if I re-submit the pictures or should I do nothing?
