| | Posted: | | | | This morning I noticed that the Profile for "True Blood: The Complete Seventh Season" (UPC #883929414840) had an update that included Cast & Crew and Box Set Data. Even though I had the "Accept" boxes checked to accept all changes, the profile was not updated with the Box Set Data...only Cast & Crew. I re-verified the locks for this Profile and there are none.

1) You once accidentally disabled the feature that you are being asked if you actually want to download the child profiles.
You can re-enable it here: Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> Check for child profiles during add
2) While the contributor may have attached the child profiles in his own database and then contributed the parent profile, he may have forgotten to actually contribute the child profiles. | | | Karsten

Firstly, the check-box for "Check for child profiles during add" is checked...always has been.
Secondly, the Box Set Contents Disc IDs are in the Profile Contribution, but you are probably correct in that the Contributor just forgot to upload the actual Child Profiles themselves. Although, his Contribution notes do seem to indicate that he did add the Child Profiles.

When you contribute the parent profile (a box set or a season box) and you have the child profiles added locally, you can contribute that info.
But that only says "To this box X belong the children Y and Z". If Y and Z are in the database, everything is peachy.
If Y are Z are not in the database this information is pretty much useless because Invelos can't pull the profiles Y and Z out of thin air.
Children are never automatically contributed when you contribute a parent profile. Every profile stands on its own. | | | Karsten

When clicking "Preview Changes" there are four discs listed under "Box Sets" but they won't download. Nothing is locked, child profiles is ticked as always. | | Posted: | | | | Here as well the problem might be that someone contributed the box set contents for the parent profile but did not (yet) contribute the child profiles to which those box set contents refer. |
