refresh profile online list dosn't work anymore

Hi to all.

Actually I have the issue, that refreshing online profile list dosn't work anymore. The popup appears, for half a second I see the request and then a red x is shown and the popup closes.

Internet connection has been tested succesful
database repair has run

All other online function seems to work properly.

Is there a problem on the server? I tried to find something here in the forum but without success.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried downloading directly as detailed in the support page?

Did it right now but without success. The list seemed to be loaded correct but the refresh-function still dosn't work.

Any other hints?

Did you restart DVDprofiler afterwards?

I had this several times. To solve it I always made a Full Repair with the included Utility and then it worked again.

Sure I restarted afterwards. Unfortunately nothing better.

Today I made another try and nevertheless nothing changed since I closed the program after my last try yesterday - now it works again.

Not understandable, but however - it works again.
