There's no doubt that these other Julie Brown's still need birth years - at least there's an American and a British actress with that same name in our database - but I'm not entirely sure that Downtown Julie Brown belongs in this list as well. After all, if her common name isn't "Julie Brown" but instead is "Downtown Julie Brown", then she doesn't need a birth year at all. As such, I'd like to establish the common name for this actress.
