It's working correctly, just differently than you want.  DVDProfiler only profiles DVDs, Blu-rays and HD-DVDs.  It doesn't not track digital copies of any kind, the closest thing it tracks is the Digital Copy checkbox in the features tab.  It looks like you created a 'Digital' custom collection to track them.  It will always read "Total DVDs: " as the program calls Blu-rays, HD-DVDs and DVDs as simply DVDs.  Within your category you can choose to include them under the 'All' tab.  So the total number for All sums all those collections.  There is no way to change it from "Total DVDs: " to anything else.
