Problem: Unable to refresh updated profiles

I hope someone can give some advice.  Lately I cannot seem to refresh my updated profiles.  Experiencing two problems:  1.  It goes to the 100% check, but will not open any new updates.
2.  When I click on certain cover titles, it will not open the front or rear cover scan.
Can anyone help me on this matter.  Will sure appreciate it.

First rule of DVD Profiler:
Whenever problems occur, start by doing a Database Repair.
See Tools->Options->Utilities
