Hi all.  Just installed Invelos on new PC.  Downloaded from my on line collection, all seems OK but no images!  Have run db repair and downloaded again to make sure "download missing images" ticked but nada.

Any ideas?

Have your tried: Online > Refresh All Images?

Or, you might try this: Tools > Options > Online > Use alternative internet connection method > Okay and download your online collection again.

Apologies for taking so long to get back with a thank you!  Thank you!

I had to run "Refresh All Images" 20 or more times and it filled up most but not all.  Tried alternate, didn't seem to help either.  Probably need to rescan a dozen or so (not bad out of a few thousand) when I get around to it.

Thanks again.

I've occasionally had this type of issue as well - I knew that I should be able to update a certain cover pair, but it just wouldn't happen. Almost as if the software thought I already had the most recent cover jpg's.

To force a correction, what I've resorted to doing in the past is noting the full UPC, then navigated to the folder where all the cover jog files are located and deleted the pair for my chosen UPC - both the front (f) and back (b) files.

Then, when I asked the program to update those cover scans, it would definately do so.

Of course if you find you didn't have these files to begin with, my 'fix' would not be applicable to your situation.
