Is there a way to reassign all of the collection numbers to "none"? My online collection is all wonky and wont display alphabetically. i've tried everything I can think of.  My collection was never numbered before but now some of it is?

There would be, but only with the plugin BulkEdit.

First, if not already and/or recently done: Make a back-up of your database!
Secondly, did you do a database-repair?
Also, just to make sure, delete your online-list: File -> Open Database -> New Database... now upload this new and empty list. Re-open your default-database and upload it again.

Are those Collection-numbers visible in your DVD Profiler?
Instead of deleting them you could simply renumber everything alphabetically.
