Also give an option to put in more unlkisted options, for example: the German ratingsystem doesn't have FSK-14, but it does exist. Would be nice to be able to add that when not optional yet. |

That can and should be set correctly with DVD => Change Locality Quote: Also give an option to put in more unlkisted options, for example: the German ratingsystem doesn't have FSK-14, but it does exist. No it doesn't. The FSK (the official organization for ratings in Germany) doesn't know any FSK 14, therefore it doesn't exist. | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

| Posted: November 19, 2013 9:10 PM | | | | To add to Mithi's post: There have been some variants on how the FSK-18 looked like (especially the text) but it's always been red. The only non-FSK rating there is, is SPIO/JK which is basically "not rated" and is therefore deemed at the same level as FSK-18. I don't know the complete past, but as long as there have been DVDs, there's never been an FSK-14 rating. This could be a simple misinterpretation. As I said, the FSK-18 label used to be different. Old releases may have this label: But the §14 refers to the legal paragraph of the law regarding film ratings. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

BTW: Austria has a 14 rating for their cinematic releases but does not have a DVD rating system (they use the German FSK rating but it's not binding). | | | Deutsches DVD Profiler Forum: www.dvdprofiler-forum.de |
