Hi,
I suspect that many people have recollections of a particular scene from a movie but just never get around to asking here.  I know this is true for me.  I'm going to try to do something about this.
Here's my question about the scene I'm thinking of today:
There are 2 German soldiers, one young and one old.  It seems that the war is ending in defeat and the older soldier says to the younger "Never say Sir to anyone again", or words to that effect.  Probably a sure fire way to never have a war again but what was the movie?

Are you sure that German soldiers conversed in English? Do you remember which war?
Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect]

Hi,
My recollection is that they spoke German.  And I believe it was WWII.

Sounds like "Die Brücke" to me.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
