There is no reason given, just declined. The BY is perfect and the votations also, why declined?

| | Posted: | | | | Probably just a mistake. On the other hand, I had just identical case a few days ago; simple contribution, accurate contribution notes, no No-votes, 1 Yes-vote. Declined without explanation. Re-submitted the same contribution, got the same votes and it was accepted.  |

| | Posted: | | | | Thanks for the replies. I think I found out about it. When re-contributing I did see it's already correct online also it was declined. I then looked at the previous contributions and did see, that somebody did beside other changes also add this BY and it was accepted on 16th October. Did not see this before. So I think the screener did decline it because it was not needed anymore, it was already done.
