How long does it take the Techs to answer tickets?

Uploaded an issue (the one mentioned earlier which is the possibility to delete my online database since it's damaged and I still can't resolve it) on Saturday to Tech Support. 


Still no answer.  Does it take awhile?

I never had to contact support, but Invelos is just one guy, so I guess it could take a while.

It seems to vary a bit.  My last ticket was entered on August 2 @ 5:55 PM and answered two minutes later @ 5:57 PM.  The ticket before that was entered on February 5 @ 1:31 PM and still hasn't been answered.
