Reinstall DVD Profiler without backup

I cleaned up my drive and did a fresh install of Windows. However, I hit a bit of a snag when reinstalling DVD Profiler, as it cannot seem to link to my database. I had no local backup file - I reinstalled DVD Profiler numerous times over the years and never ran into a problem without one. It used to get all database info from my online collection upon a fresh install, I think. No such luck this time, I'm afraid.

How do I get the database info from my online collection back into DVD Profiler? Can anyone help?
