DROP DOWN MENUs NOT WORKING

I have had DVD Profiler 3.8 simce January. I installed it again about a week ago. Everything was working fine until yesterday when I tried to gp to File and there was a box with no sub menu selections. THis is the same for all the other drop down menus. I deleted the program and reinstalled but to no avail. Can anyone help?

Try this:

Right click on the menu bar -> Customize
Switch to Options
Press "Reset my usage data"


If that doesn't help:

Close DVDP
Press WIN+R
Type "%LocalAppData%\DVD Profiler" and press OK
Delete Layout.dpl
