How do I get rid of the "stop hand" in red circle?

The one that's to the right of the UPC#.

That's used to set exclusions. If it's not 'greyed' out then it means you've set an exclusion on the title. You can edit these by right clicking the icon. If it appears on lots of titles you can use the flag title functionality to mass edit them.

If you mean remove it from view entirely then you'll need to edit the layout.

Found it on the Personal Information  tab under Exclusions.

No my mouse isn't broken, right click works on the other icons.

Only thing I can think is the functionality behind it is somehow broken in the layout you're using.

Might be worth trying another layout to see if it works in that one.
