Is there a way to completely reset/delete all collection numbers?

It can be found under the File menu at the top of DVD Profiler and gives the option to reassign based on release date, title or purchase date.
It can be found through the top menu in the program.

So just be sure to pad numbers with a non-blank character (usually "0") to get that field to sort correctly. | | | Thanks for your support.
