problem with DVD Profiler

i had to do install a new HDD on my pc ( as a nasty bug got in there , lost a lot of stuff also on the other drive )

i've got the pc back online ( Bug Free ) but when i pulled a copy of my database from the internet

my whole dvd database is now missing ALL DVD Covers 

can someone tell me how i can get aALL My DVD Covers back please

You can't get your cover scan from your online database... The only solution is to rescan everything or getting them again from the DVDP database by doing a refresh for each DVD via DVDP (Online / Refresh DVD from Invelos / Refresh Image Only).

One way to refresh all your titles is to go to the Collection Menu > Flags and select flag all. Then under the collection menu select flagged and refresh.

You need to make sure you haven't locked the cover scans, otherwise they won't refresh. This will of course refresh any shared dvd data that isn't locked as well.

As Lithurge posted, simple refresh will bring back the covers from the online-db. Any self-scanned cover that were not contributed will be lost.

thanks for the help Lithurge & yes i did lose some work but at least i dont have to re do my whole dvd database
