can someome tell me why i cant sync to my desktop with my ios device

when i do try i get this error message
Access violation at address 00726253 in module 'dvdpro.exe' read of address 00000008
& locks my pc up & i have to do a full system reboot as everything is frozen nothing will work
till after i have done a full reboot , i'm un installed the software on the desktop & then done a fresh install same with my IOS device ( i've deleted the app & re installed it ) but still got the same problem with i try to do a sync to my desktop & the pc just locks again

hope someone can help me with this problem only thing i have not done is format my HDD & do a total reload of my OS on my PC

Still getting the same problem as before & my iphone is a iphone 4s

When try to sync over wifi from phone to pc the screen locks up & have to do a full system restart

Before anything starts working again

I think the problem has more to do with the desktop version in this case. It is not one of the usual syncing problems that get discussed in the iOS forum.
