How do I edit the country of purchase? Honestly i've been looking for ages.

So,

There are some releases that cover the entire Scandinavia region, lot's of these have profiles made and ready by other people. I would like to just change the rating to be applicable to the country I'm in and some other small things.
This is a good example, I would like to change this rating to be Finnish, I can edit everything else but not this, anyone?

Right click the profile > Change UPC > Edit locality or select profile > DVD > Change Locality.
