| | Posted: | | | | Let me begin by saying I'm sure there is something simple that I am overlooking. I have not downloaded any new layouts for a couple of years and have been failing miserably for the past couple of hours, I am also an idiot when it comes to computers. Is there something that I am missing, whenever I try to download a layout, I get a windows error message saying that "Windows can't not open program. Windows does not recognize website" or something to that effect. Thanks |

| | Posted: | | | | Switched from Firefox to Explorer and seem to be making some progress. It is saying ".../Owner / My Documents / Dvd Profiler / Layouts / Download.dvd profiler already exists. Do you want to replace it?"
Do I answer yes? I know that I have never downloaded this layout before. Thanks again for your help. |
