I have a DVD, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, that I have updated and submitted as a contribution to the group. The contribution was approved. When I go to Online > Refresh DVD from Invelos > Refresh Profile and Images and run the process everything looks fine. If I shut down the software and restart it, the movie is missing from my collection and the software shows Total DVD as 126 and Filtered as 125 with The Best Christmas Pageant Ever missing from my collection.

I do a F12 to clear all filters and the movie still does not show up. I have to restore the movie from my backup to keep it in the collection. I have done this restore function for just this movie several times over the past couple of days. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem on the server/software end? Any suggestions?
