So I have a profile that I know has child profiles but cannot download them. I tried doing the Collection > Flagged route but that hasn't worked. Any other options?

Have you tried just adding them via the Add DVD to Collection?

Once you've added the ones you're looking for, you can go back to the parent and add the box contents.

Yeah, I'll give it a try.

Still strange the other option doesn't work.

Edit: Well, not showing up doing that. I know they exist because when I did a contribution they were on the existing side of the page (mine was blank). Next thing I'll try is using the discs.

Edit 2: So I went ahead and manually added the discs to my collection and when contributing, the Box Set portion has disappeared. And yet, when I submit the child profiles themselves, it's as if they were never contributed before...

Ah ha, I think I know what happened. I think somebody had created the child profiles locally submitted it for the parent profile but never uploaded the child profiles to the database...

No, something is definitely wrong.  I cannot get the Add child profiles to work in 3.8.2.  Every few months, I normally do the route of flagging all profiles (Ctl-A) and then doing a search for child profiles to pick up any new children added instead of going one by one.

I can flag all the profiles, but the option under "Flagged" is greyed out and I can't do the search.

Hopefully they can get this fixed soon.

Works fine for me. I'm using same version.

The one thing that always trips me up on this, is that you have to VIEW ALL to select all you titles across collections, but then you have to select VIEW OWNED to actually be able to click on the search for child profiles.  It won't work if you still have ALL selected.

Actually, any other collection than ALL works. I never use that and that's why I've never seen this problem.
