Can't refresh covers

Greetings everyone. I missing some covers on my collection i try to get them by refreshing the profiles, but nothing happens. After refresh the covers still missing. Any guess why ? Thanks

off the top of my head...

- Be sure there is covers online
- Be sure you don't have the cover images locked
