Problems after upgrading

Okay I downloaded and upgraded my DVD profiler. Now when I try to get in, it crashes each time even if I use the diagnostic setting. I even reverted the version to the previous but it still doesnt work. Any suggestions.

The first thing to try for virtually any problem is to do a database repair.
Start -> All programs -> DVD Profiler -> Database Repair Utility

My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.

I tried that as at start up it tries to do a database repair and keeps locking up/not responding. I try to delete various parameters in the diagnostic repair but still crashes. I cannot get into DVD pro to do a database repair from inside the program nor can I repair on startup

Use the repair utility in the Start menu, under the DVD Profiler group.
